Ethical Code

The Supervisory Body of ANAS International Enterprise, set up in accordance with Italian law (Legislative Decree 231/2001), is tasked with overseeing and ensuring compliance with, as well as the adequacy and updating of, the organisation, management and internal control Model for the prevention of offences, adopted pursuant to the law, besides ensuring compliance with the principles set out in the Ethical Code.

Privacy

Information on the processing of personal data, pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, for the purpose of employee recruitment

Pursuant to art. 13 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), Anas International Enterprise S.p.A., a company based at via Giovanni Giolitti 2, Rome (Italy), acting in the capacity of Data Controller, confirms that any data provided in CVs, job applications or responses to specific job adverts, will be processed exclusively for the purpose of evaluating the job applications, in connection with the employee recruitment process.

• All personal data is processed either manually or electronically, using devices capable of guaranteeing data security and confidentiality.

• Supplying personal data is optional, although strictly functional to the above mentioned job application evaluation. It shall not be possible to assess the applications of any applicants refusing to provide their personal data.

• The personal data provided in accordance herewith will be processed exclusively by employees of Anas International Enterprise S.p.A. responsible for this activity.

Without prejudice to the rights referred to in article 7 of the above mentioned Code, the data subject is entitled to:

- obtain confirmation of the existence of any data concerning him/her and to the intelligible communication of the relevant data and of the origin thereof;

- obtain the cancellation, anonymous transformation or blocking of any data processed in violation of the law, and the updating, rectification and integration thereof.

At Anas International Enterprise we manage our parent company’s foreign contracts, with a large and diversified service portfolio. Below the main projects for complexity and extension include:

In Algeria: work supervision for a 400 km lot of the East-West motorway, in the east of the country.

In Libia: Project Management for the construction of the 1,750 km long new coastal highway “Ras Ejdyer-Emssad” connecting the Tunisian and the Egyptian.

In Colombia: assistance to the local authorities in structuring (4G) motorway concessions for 9 road corridors (about 3000 km) and final designs of 13 bridges;

In Qatar and Argentina: implementing a quality control system for road surfaces, which includes the development of specific and customized software, the design and development of both fixed and mobile laboratories and training of certified certifications auditors;

In Georgia: Study and Design of 85 km of a new highway, consisting of two sections: Zhinvali – Natakhtari (30 km) and Natakhtari – Rustavi, (55 km, the so-called Tbilisi bypass)

Anas International Enterprise is presently expanding on new markets, namely  in Sub-Saharan Africa, Balkans, Russia, Iran and Central America. Our intense commercial activity, avails of national institutions, and promotes the internationalization of Italian small and medium engineering companies.

Being a highly -experienced public agency, with an 85-year-long history in managing investments in new infrastructure projects and in managing the entire road and motorway network, on behalf of the Italian State, Anas group is undoubtedly the ideal partner for government authorities of countries engaged in implementing important road infrastructure projects (peer to peer agreements).

Armenia workshop at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation on highway business opportunities.

October 26 2017. The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with Anas International Enterprise, organized a workshop focused on “Armenia business opportunities for the highway sector”. The meeting was attended by the Armenian Minister of Transports Vahan Martirosyan and was focused on the North- South road corridor with the aim of creating an Italian partnership lead by Anas International and coordinated by the Farnesina.

Our History

In 2005 Anas began operating on foreign markets providing engineering services to Ministries, Road Authorities and private companies as a consultant or potential partner for the planning, design, maintenance, supervision and control of road and motorway networks.

Starting from 2012 these international activities have been conducted by a subsidiary company, ANAS International Enterprise (AIE), purposely established to develop new business opportunities abroad.
